These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and the operator of b999g ("b999g", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the b999g website, mobile experience, betting products, casino games and any related services (collectively, the "Platform").

b999g is an English-language online betting and gaming platform designed for users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. The Platform offers sports betting (including cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football and UFC), live casino, slot games, table games and esports wagering, with account balances displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on b999g, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. b999g strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by minors. Age verification may be requested at any time.
2. Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be under legal incapacity or subject to guardianship orders that would prevent you from entering contracts.
3. Jurisdiction compliance: You must satisfy yourself that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Users in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited must not register. b999g does not confirm the legal status of online gambling for any specific user in Pakistan.
4. Single account: Each user may hold only one Account. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited. b999g reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances.
5. Accurate information: All registration information provided must be accurate, complete and kept up to date. Providing false information — including name, date of birth, address or contact details — is grounds for immediate account termination.
6. Not self-excluded: You must not have applied for self-exclusion from gambling or be subject to any self-exclusion agreement that covers b999g or its platform.
7. Own funds: You must be betting with funds that belong to you. Using funds belonging to another person — or acting as an agent for a third party — is not permitted.

Registration requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and mobile number. This information is used for account management, KYC verification and responsible gambling purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. b999g will never ask for your password via email, chat or telephone. You agree to notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

b999g reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other time deemed necessary for compliance purposes. Required documents may include:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method (e.g., screenshot or statement showing account ownership)
• Source of funds documentation, where required by the operator's compliance programme

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions, withdrawal holds or account closure at the operator's discretion.

5.1 Deposits. Deposits must be made using payment methods listed in the b999g cashier at the time of deposit. Available methods may include — but are not limited to — bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash) and Raast instant transfers, where available. b999g does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any specific payment method. Payment-provider names are referenced for user familiarity only and do not constitute any endorsement, partnership or confirmation that those providers permit gambling transactions.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per period. Consult the cashier for current limits. Deposits must originate from an account or wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned if identified.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to:

• Completion of any applicable KYC verification process
• The name on the receiving account matching your registered account name exactly
• No outstanding bonus wagering requirements that have not been met
• The account being in good standing with no open compliance reviews
• Minimum withdrawal amounts as stated in the cashier

b999g does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Processing windows vary by payment method and are subject to operator review periods. You will be notified if additional verification is required before a withdrawal is released.

5.3 Returned Deposits. If a deposit cannot be matched to your account or is received from an unverified source, it may be held pending investigation and returned to the originating account minus any applicable transaction fees, at the operator's discretion.

5.4 Currency. Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where deposits or withdrawals involve a currency conversion, the applicable exchange rate will be disclosed at the time of the transaction.

All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers made available on b999g are subject to specific promotional terms that are published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless superseded by specific offer terms:

6.1 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement" or "Rollover") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements and illustrative PKR figures are published with each promotion and should be verified before claiming. Figures shown elsewhere on this Platform (e.g., educational examples such as PKR 1,000 or PKR 25,000) are illustrative only.

6.2 Maximum Bet During Bonus. While a bonus is active, a maximum single-stake limit applies per wager. Placing bets above this limit during an active bonus may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings. The maximum bet limit is stated in each promotion's terms.

6.3 Game Contribution. Not all games or betting markets contribute equally toward satisfying a Wagering Requirement. Slot games typically contribute at a higher rate than table games or sports bets. Specific contribution percentages are stated in individual promotion terms.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses are subject to an expiry period. If the Wagering Requirement is not completed within the stated period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from the account without notice.

6.5 Maximum Cash-Out. Some promotions cap the maximum amount that can be withdrawn as winnings derived from a bonus. Any winnings exceeding this cap may be removed at the time of withdrawal request.

6.6 One Bonus Per User. Unless expressly stated otherwise, each user is entitled to claim each promotional offer once. b999g reserves the right to withdraw bonuses from accounts found to be exploiting promotions, using multiple accounts or engaging in bonus abuse.

6.7 Minimum Qualifying Deposit. Deposit-match bonuses require a minimum qualifying deposit to activate. Deposits below the stated minimum will not trigger the offer.

7.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets are accepted at b999g's sole discretion. The placement of a bet constitutes an offer by you to wager at the stated odds or terms. A bet is confirmed only when accepted by the system and a bet confirmation reference is issued.

7.2 Odds and Markets. Odds displayed are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Live odds (in-play) fluctuate rapidly and the odds available at the moment of bet placement may differ from those displayed immediately prior. b999g bears no responsibility for odds displayed during system errors or data feed interruptions.

7.3 Cricket and Sports Betting. Markets for Pakistan cricket fixtures (including PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, ODI and Test series), football, UFC and other sports are subject to individual sport-specific rules published in the Platform's sportsbook rules section. Results are determined by the relevant governing body's official outcome. b999g reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors, incomplete events, or data feed failures.

7.4 Voided and Cancelled Bets. b999g reserves the right to void bets placed in error, at incorrect odds, in violation of these Terms, or where the outcome was determined before bet placement. Voided bets result in the return of the original stake. Winnings associated with voided bets will not be paid.

7.5 System Errors. In the event of a technical failure, game error, display error or any other system malfunction that results in an incorrect outcome, b999g reserves the right to void the relevant wager and return stakes. b999g is not liable for losses arising from system errors beyond its reasonable control.

7.6 Casino and Slot Games. All casino game and slot game outcomes are determined by the relevant game provider's software and random number generation systems. b999g does not control individual game outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) figures where displayed are long-run statistical averages, not guarantees of return in any individual session.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account (duplicate accounts)
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration information
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to place bets without express written permission
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting or any systematic exploitation of promotional offers
• Colluding with other players or operating in a coordinated manner to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to access another user's account or interfering with Platform security
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or acting as an unlicensed agent
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or in a jurisdiction where gambling is prohibited
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals or other fraudulent financial conduct

Where fraudulent or prohibited activity is identified, b999g reserves the right to retain any deposited funds and winnings pending investigation, close the account without refund, and report the activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

b999g is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should be a form of entertainment and must not be treated as a source of income or a method of recovering financial losses.

The following player-protection tools are available to all registered users:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Loss limits: Restrict the maximum net loss you can incur over a specified time period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration per play session, with optional reminder notifications.
• Cool-down periods: Temporarily suspend your ability to deposit or bet for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days).
• Self-exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the agreed exclusion period.

All content on the b999g Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of b999g or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting any Platform content
• Modifying, adapting or creating derivative works based on Platform content
• Scraping, crawling or systematically extracting data from the Platform
• Framing or mirror-linking to any part of the Platform without express written consent

Unauthorised use of Platform content will terminate the licence granted and may result in legal proceedings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b999g shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Losses resulting from interruptions, technical failures, data transmission errors or system downtime
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
• Losses arising from your reliance on odds, market data or information displayed on the Platform that subsequently proves to be erroneous
• Any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

b999g reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent review is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. b999g recommends checking this page whenever you return to the Platform after a period of absence.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer law provisions in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the relevant server-side log records maintained by b999g shall be the primary reference for determining the outcome. If you believe an error has occurred, you must contact support within 30 days of the relevant event. Claims submitted outside this window may not be investigated.

b999g does not claim to be licensed, approved or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani provincial authority. Users in Pakistan use this Platform at their own risk and subject to applicable local law.
